This spring, we had the pleasure of working with Chef Marcus Samuelsson on his new Harlem restaurant, Streetbird.
We custom designed the aprons along with Marcus, and the result was pretty amazing! For this project, we used Japanese l10oz light blue denim for the body, and USA Cone Mills camouflage denim for the pockets. We had the ties custom embroidered, and finally we sent out the Streetbird logo to our label maker in New Hampshire for the custom woven labels.
